Responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordinating, directing, and supervision of laborers, subcontractors, vendors, and others on the jobsite as well as being responsible for shop drawings, some ordering, project safety, environmental concerns, and project owner relations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: gathering of all plans and construction documents, compiling all documentation and schematics into a complete job binder, performing takeoffs and estimates of all phases of job to meet job criterion, and becoming a liaison of the company to vendors, designers, subcontractors, and architects. On design build projects estimators may be required to work with owners. Compensation package reflects experience.
